First, let me start off by saying this is my first experience w/ a UNIX server (Hypermart). But when I add a link to the database, and try to "Build All" I get the error:

Error Message : Unable to copy links backup. Reason: Permission denied

Script Location : /data1/hypermart.net/sportstrail/trail/cgi-bin/admin/nph-build.cgi
Perl Version : 5.00404

I am sure this is why I am getting the Link ID error, but why is it doing this? I set the permissions correctly...any help would be much appreciated.

I`m sure theres a mod for this in either resource center or faq.

Actually, there is no help in FAQ, or the modifications with this problem. Can someone please help with this?

Your admin/backup directory must exist and it must be chmod 777 in order to allow the script to create backups in it.
