I'm trying to figure out how Links works. In Cliff's Links script you could move all the entries in a category to another category if you wanted to delete the category. Can you do that with Links? I deleted a category and then found that the links in that category had also been deleted. Is that how it always works?

Can you move a parent category so that it becomes a child of another category? If not, it seems that you really have to have a good plan from the beginning of what all your categories will be. Or maybe there are some mods you can do to make it easier to work with categories?

Yes...GO to the Category Check option in the LINKS MANAGER CONSOLE. This option allows you to move links into new categories.
