My descriptions changes to numbers (like 1, 3...) after few updates and my usernames an passwords changes to yes or no.

I bet your first record is pretty much okay.
What sounds like happened is you added a field and didn't update your exsisting database to reflect the new field.
Double check that. You'll need to add the new field to your db before it will straighten out.

You can use a script to automatically add default value and delimiter to your database file when you add new fields to your links.def file.
