The system was working ok but suddenly it's impossible to add new links, also from the admin panel. I receive the error: "Date (Invalid date format)"
What is wrong?

Was your web server upgraded to Perl 5.06?? If so, that is most likely the cause of the problem. To fix it, you could use codes posted in the Links 2.0 Installation - UNIX forum.
