I know a few people have been asking for help about creating links offline. I've followed a few threads and found that using Excel is the easiest way to manage the Links database.
In addition, I wanted to add my bookmarks into the Links database (I know there's a script for Netscape). Anyway, I've found this bookmark utility, Powermarks, which will import from almost any browser, check them, allow a number of extra fields, and export to a file with any delimiter.
