When creating new category, the program will create that same category name as a sub-directory in the /pages/ section in English.
Please add an alias field to be displayed for the visitor instead of having the same name on both template and server directory.

The benefit is that I can use different languages to display for my category listing.

That is exactly what the non-English mod does! You'll find it in the resource center.
