How can I ad Popular sites? The "isPopular" check doesn't work, I marked as "YES" and the site still isn't showing on the Popular page. Thank you.

Have you rebuilt the database? Also, try reloading the page.

The problem is with the number of votes. When you re-build your index, it will associate the $db_popular_cutoff, which used to actually identify sites that are "Popular/Cool". Selecting Yes for the isPopular field will do nothing unless you also set the number of Hits above the number of hits that you have set for the variable above.
