I'm using a template which has own logo (.gif format). I want to change it with my own logo (.PSD format). Where do i find this setting to change.

there is no setting to change it's just plain html calls, since you're using templates (probably) just look for the html that makes the header and change that.

are you referring to the GT logo that's next to the powered by?

I wouldn't use an image in .PSD format either People that can't view it will get a broken image! (at least I don't think IE has a way of interpreting Photoshop files).
