ok in my templates files for example email.html. I am using these commands () to include header footer and menu links. Ok the pages are in html extension and the header and footer and menu links show up fine. But when i call up subscribe.cgi, which deals with email.html template file, the form comes up but no header, footer and menu links. I do i get them. But take in note that home.html and other files show up fine. It's only when i call up a cgi.
