Can anyone explain this error?
Error Message : unable to open validation file: c:/sites/cgi-bin/msod/admin/data/validate.db. Reason: No such file or directory
Script Location : c:\sites\cgi-bin\msod\admin\admin.cgi

the server is nt. its not the file permission. the file and directory are there.
