I noticed if there's record pending for Validation and then you Add a record from the Admin section, the same ID's will get used! This will cause visitors to your site to be redirected to the WRONG URL!

So I guess the admin need to Validate pending records before using the Add in the Admin section.

My question is, has this issue been addressed? Or is this just a issue with my install.
