I am going to be using Links within a site that uses frames. What I would like to do is launch a new browser when any listed url selected by the user within Links and is launched via the jump.cgi

I found the print "Location: $goto\n\n" :
within the jump.cgi, but can not figure out how to add a target="_top" call to the routine or if it is even possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Much easier than that. If you are using templates, just add the target="_top" to the href in link.html. If you are using the random link option, you will also need to add the target to anywhere random is called in the templates.
