BUILDING...again
How can i OUPUT a character to the 'build' htmlscreen everytime a single record is build?!

. Try and make yourself a bit more descriptive
Are you saying to want something to get printed each time a link is written to the category pages?

Unfortunately that won't make a difference. Whether the script is printing something or not it will still hang if it wants to.
Try using telnet to build your pages.

It should be a temporary solution... i think if there's some data transfered then it will just build...
because a cgi has a 'data-transfer hangout time' that's why i think i need to try this
