Thanks! Do you think this method might also work with just a plain text editor...Say BBEdit? putting a "|" between each part of one entry?

It may be difficult to maintain the database structure with only a text editor. But the best thing to do is experiment with the text editor and see how it works. Excel/Access are better programs because they will automatically put the delimiting character between variables in records.
