I've hit build all and staggered auto and staggered but it's not showing up?

I have 641 links, and this is the first time it's done that....

I've checked my links.db and it's there, I've checked my linksid.txt and it's showing the last # of the link, I've checked validate and modify.db's and they are both empty. I've ran a search for the new link and it shows up but it does not show up in the area it was placed. It shows up in the What's New area only.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

And did you choose a category for this link?

Yes it is also in a category that has been in my links since I started it and that particular category has links in it already.

I just find it very odd....maybe something is missing as the final thing in my links.db?
maybe | | or something? What should be the last thing in that file?
