404 Error

404 Error
When I click on links that have already been built, I get a HTTP 404 error message. The URL shows the jump.cgi?ID, but it doesn't jump to the site.

Tell us the URL of your website. So that we can have a look at it.

To start with your URLs to your scripts are incorrect. Your scripts are in a subdirectory of cgi-bin. Now, besides that, it appears that your paths or permissions may be incorrect as well, because loading jump.cgi causes an "error including libraries" error.

Thanks for pointing those out. How would you suggest I correct them? I'm pretty new at this.

I would suggest you check the paths once again in the links.cfg file and take a note of it.
and create the directories according to the links.cfg file.

Give some time onto it and that too carefully
