I have not received any site submissions for a past couple of days. So I myself try to submit a site by using "add a site" key, and found out that it does not function. When I click "add recource" button after filling out all the information, I get "duplicate error". When I resubmit the info, nothing happens. Please help!

compare the ID in the last link in the links.db file with the number in the linksid.txt file. They should be same. or the number in the linksid.txt should be higher.
