When clicking on both "Quick Check" and "Detailed" in the Verifying Links option in the admin panel, I get the "Document contains no data" error. Why?

Okay...You are confusing terms here.
Validate is the option that you use to move records from your validate.db into your links.db file.
Verify is the option that allows you to check the status of records (URLs) in your database file.
The problem with the verifying process is that your server may not allow you to execute the nph files as they are currently written. Check the FAQs in the Resource Center in the LINKS section for information on how to edit your nph files.
