I have added some new links and when I do a build, I see that the links have been added to the db. I can also search from the web interface page and see that the link is there, with a "what's new" flag on it. However, the links do not show up in the web interface. Where do I poke around to figure out why this is happening?

Is this a new set-up, or an existing one with a new problem? Do you mean the link is not showing up in its proper category, but does show up on the What's New page? Have you made any changes to the code, or templates? Did you rebuild after adding the new links?
