I've seen pages with this on their site but haven't been able to find a file for it anywhere on the net so far. Suggestions?

I think what you are looking for is not a links 2.0 mod but a java script

This would be considered a mod because it would work for the entire directory and wouldn't be a bookmark for my site but to bookmark their site through mine. I've seen bookmark.cgi files out there that other sites use but haven't found it myself.

That actually seems like something completely different but most of the external links there don't work anymore. This script basically just allows someone to bookmark specific sites listed in my directory. That's all. Doesn't message with the ability to add new sites or anything just allows someone viewing the site to bookmark it.
