I'm looking for a system that will let users pick a username or password when adding a link into the database. My company is setting up a resume site that will allow candidates to add resumes to a system and grant them the ability to come back at a later date and complete it, modify it, or delete it. I've seen one or two resources in the resource database that can do this, but the links either don't work or the script doesn't do what I need it do. I've seen this done before, so I'm pretty sure someone has an idea of how I can do this.
