How to have subcategories on the same page where are the Main Categories.

I'm thinking about the Yahoo! have.

There are many threads in the various forums here that discuss this. I suggest you do a search for them.

This is fairly easy, although time consuming. Go into the Links Manager Administrator and click Modify Category. (Or do this when you add a nerw top leval category)

Under the 'description' field, use HTML to point to your subdirectories.

So if you have a directory called Miscellaneous_Links with a subdirectories under it called Miscellaneous_Links/Home_Pages/ and Miscellaneous_Links/Business/. For the Miscellaneous_Links description put:
<a href="Miscellaneous_Links/Home_Pages/">Home Pages</a>, <a href="Miscellaneous_Links/Business/">Business</a>
