I have been using links 2.0 for almost 2 years now, but have been away from my site for the past 6 months. So I tried to verify my links and received the 302 error (Request Failed (302). Message: Found, but data resides under different URL (add a /). In the past I changed the script to allow longer urls and everything worked fine. These seem to be the only links that get this error. I've read in the forum about this error....most people only had the problem while using nph-verify cgi. When I go to my site and click on the link I get (Error link ID not found). So I tried to delete some of these links and added them again with the same problems. I've tried adding the trailing slash. Short urls work fine. Could this be something to do with my server? Any help would be appreciated.

First, get your admin password protected! NOW! There's plenty of mischevious folks out there who would be happy to mess with your site.

Next, I see that many of your URLs look like this:

http://www.ezthemes.com/...ns.exe+free4everyone

I suspect the problem is that Links is looking for either a directory name (ending with a trailing slash) or a normal file extension (.html, .php, etc). Or, it may be having trouble with the ? and + in the URL. Not sure how to correct it...

You are right about the password. Thats what I was working on yesterday when I noticed my links were not working. Those strange urls worked for over year. Thats what has me puzzled now. I figured worse case...just add them all over again, but that doesn't even work.

Btw I had a new category added by someone "hacked" lol...maybe they did more than just that.
