What other options are out there apart from Gossamer Mail? I'm wanting to compare Gossamer Mail to other scripts that are similar.

Also, can you offer me any advise re Gossamer Mail? My host said if more than 100 users used Gossamer Mail then it would have to be shut down because it's written in Perl which is very server extensive he said.

In regards to the hosting, perhaps if it's 100 concurrent users, I would agree, but 100 total users would have very little impact on server usage. Also, you can use SpeedyCGI to improve performance and reduce server load if you are on a shared server, and mod_perl if you are on a dedicated server.
