On the Admin side, there haven't been that many additions, just lots of bug fixes. Off the top of my head here's a list of changes:
1) email footer now a per user option (whether to attach it or not)
2) now uses template local directory, so all template changes should go into the <template>/local directory and won't get overwritten on upgrades.
3) improved incoming.pl handling
4) lots of other bug fixes
