I have a error message like:

May I kown what does it and how to solve it? Thanks.

Sorry about the late reply - I forgot to answer them after I had read them. If you haven't already gotten help for this issue, it sounds like you might be using mod_perl (or equivalent), and have an older version of the libraries already loaded. You need to make the other program use the newer libraries by loading the newer libraries first.
