Hello, by sending emails very often my users are receiving this error:

A fatal error has occured:
GMail::Messages (30813): Could not open (/home/www/zgharta/cgi-bin/zmail/data/msgs/2/f/6/2f6f3576f0263bccf24e15074c603742) for writting. Reason: Permission denied
Please enable debugging in setup for more details.

Any Suggestion please

It looks like you have some permission problems on your server. Make sure the web user can write to your data directory.

I wonder if there are any specific resons for setting up yr /data directory within cgi-bin. Normally it should have been a non web browsable directory and the permission of that should be 777 (which you are notified of during setup -- thru http). Probably this setup could be bit of a security problem too (though I am not an expert on ecurity).

So see if the data directory can be moved out of cgi-bin and is non web browsable.
