Upgraded from previous version (2.1.0)

Q &A saved has issues.

A answer like

don't ever ask me

gets saved as

don&#039t ever ask me

with the result that the user can never recover the password by entering the right answer

don't ever ask me

This perhaps has something to do with Glinks with new GT::Template? How could this be corrected exactly and what are the template files which need changes?
