I know there have been various mailings about this one but has anyone managed to compile a listing of the tags available within GMail and there description? This would be a very useful tool for those of use configuring the templates to match our sites etc?

No, we don't have this unfortunately. You can use: <%GT::Template::dump%> to produce a list of all tags available on the page.
