Hi,

I would like to set the Options>>Display part globally for all domains (which can de edited at user level of course). How do I set the Options>>Display part to following:

Line Wrap for displaying of text messages: 60 (to avoid the message pages going offscreen in certain cases at 800X600 res)

Message preview length (max 500): 200

Time Zone to display Message dates in:Mumbai

So where and how do I change these values globally.

For each template, you need to edit the prefs.cfg file. This file contains the defaults for new users. For existing users, you need to edit their .prefs file in data/users/*.
