I have been working on creating my own template for GossamerMail and I am having a hard time figuring out the right path/URL for some of the menu links that need to be used for the user template. Is there a list somewhere that has all of the paths to the different functions that are used in the default set? All I want to use is basic HTML, all the javascript can go out the door. I would like to use all of the links available with the default template.

On a related note, the templates could probably be made much easier to use if we just had to use a variable for each path.
