I am using a catch all setup with GMail.
The catchall account is working fine with incoming.pl & outgoing.pl setup as cron jobs.

However, if an email is sent to an arbitrary address that does not have an account I'm not getting an email saying it bounced.
It’s purged from the catch all account but no email to say it bounced is going out.

What could be causing this?

Have you got it setup to bounce mail? Gossamer Mail has settings for what mail it should bounce: Setup => Undeliverables.

Yes, every checkmark is set to "Bounce"!

BTW: How do you restore an email template?

Run outgoing.pl manually with the -v option. It should tell you why something isn't getting bounced.

You'll have to delete the e-mail template manually from the local directory.
