1. How do you upgrade to a newer version of GM? I've been to the download area but only 2.0.6 is there. Do you do it through your admin? Is it emailed to all customers?

2. Where can I info on the 2.1 upgrade? I know there are new templates, but what else is there.

3. I'd like to start charging for additional space and features etc. How do I manage this? Is GM capable of doing this? Will it be capable of doing this?
