Not sure if this has been asked before.
How Large Could A Message Get When There Has Been A Re's to a single message. Is there any limit for such a case. Theoretically, say a Message with lot of Re's carried over a period of time gets to 10MB. Would it bog down the system? I know i could be talking purely from theoretical point of view, but is there any builtin upper limit on how large the message could get in Gossamer Mail?

There's no real limit, it's really dependent on your system whether it will bog down. Due to the way the mail is parsed, parsing an email (ie. going through incoming.pl) takes up about 2 times the memory as the size of the email (older versions of GT::Mail were pretty bad and could take up quite a bit more).
