Checking Server Module requirements for GMail 2.0.6
Hello Alex!

Since a long time I observe that on our server, GMail works in a different way than yours. The best I thought is to compare the requirements. They are as follows:

Perl Version: 5.006
Gossamer Mail Version: 2.0.6-Upgrade
MIME::Base64 Version: 2.11
Digest::MD5 Version: 2.11
Persistant Env: mod_perl (0) SpeedyCGI (0)
@INC =

SERVER_SOFTWARE => Apache/1.3.14

GMail (3429): GMail::__ANON__ called at /usr/www/users/XXX/admin/GT/Plugins.pm line 98 with no arguments.

GMail (3429): main::main called at /usr/www/users/XXX/admin/admin.cgi line 32 with no arguments.

Are those correct?

I made an update from 2.0.3 to 2.0.6 and at the end it did say that it could not create or access the table sessions because permission was deneid of the defs i.e. 644 was it.

Lastly it said that update complete from 2.0.3 to 2.0.5!!!

Then I wanted to see thae users List all and it does not list the users name. Here in the admin, the user name disappears and below username their password appears. Below action, there is nothing in the listing.

It this wrong?

Hello Alex!

Funny, as said in my earlier thread, I used the create the default table with overwrite data function and it now works. But thats not what I want in a running installation. I ofcourse would like to have the old user database not to overwrite.

Hence it is necessary to find it out.

Also the crash of the table is no longer thzere after the overwrite.
