Sending HTML mode mails has following SA rules being hit consistently:

0.4 HTML_TAG_BALANCE_BODY BODY: HTML has unbalanced "body" tags

Seeing the source of the mail i find that </body> is missing. The mail is with images.

The following is also causing Score Bumping:

1.2 PRIORITY_NO_NAME Message has priority, but no X-Mailer/User-Agent

Modifying GT/Mail.pm and adding the X-Mailer in Admin Header does not solve the problem. All copies of GT/Mail.pm have been modified with the suggested fix but it doesn't work.
