Hi,

When adding a new user in the admin area, if you don't fill in any fields (including the username) the system doesn't do any checking and enters a completely blank record. I think it's fine to allow some fields left blank when the admin is creating a user, but the username and password at least should probably be checked to make sure they're entered.
