From the standard install, I'm just trying to run incoming.pl from the command line, and am getting the following error (outgoing.pl seems to work fine without errors)...

Can't call method "top_part" on an undefined value at ./incoming.pl line 418.

Please enable debugging to find more information about this error

Anyone know what it means or how to fix it?
