The script unpacked the /home/domain/www/cgi-bin/webmail/user/ directory with permissions set to 777. I don't know if it is just the host I use but I had to change it to 755 to get any of the scripts in that dir to run in a browser. Is that common for virtual hosts?

Hmm, I'll re look at our permissions file, that doesn't need to be 777, not sure why it got set that way.
