Quick question. I have a shared pop set up that I have a few domains in and I want to add another domain to the same shared pop. There doesn't seem to be an option to edit this, just delete the ones I have or add a new one. I found the list of domains in admin/GMail/ConfigData.pm Can I just add it there? Or should I delete the existing one and redo it? Or is there something else I missed?

No, there isn't an Edit feature. Either solution you mentioned will work, however if you do delete and then add, I would recommend going into Setup->Misc and disable the site while you make the change.
