No way related, but we have almost lost 40 odd $ for first (and probably last) transaction thru 2CO buying a digital product. Their site does not report the order tracking (the id that their auto responder sends against a purchase), their Ticket Based Support Desks are unmanned, they simply do not bother once they have made their money, my CC has been charged and would consider a painful waste of efforts trying to deal with them. First experience and they are crap. 40 days down the line i have still not recd the CD's for which we paid :/
