When I do search I am getting "Your search returned 0 categories and -2 Links.", but it was working fine all these days. So could you please someone help me with this?

The -2 indicates an error in the search. This is commonly when you have changed your sort order, and have mispelt something. If you edit DBSQL.pm and set debug = 2 (right at the top) then run the search and it should tell you what the problem is.
