how can i check a referal link on the user link pages

Port the Referral Mod for Links 2.0.

Basically, you will need LWP to do this.

Basic steps:

1) Create a new field in your Links.def and Validate.def files and also in the Links and Validate tables called Referal. Create another field called isReferred in the same files and tables. This field should be a "Yes|No" field. Then you can use this field to sort your links in categories and search results.

2) Then use the Referal Mod to check the existance of a link.

There is a mod for reciprical links available. Would that do what you need?
