Why I accept a submitted site I wanted the added email to include the rate.cgi URL for that link, i.e.

Congratualtions. Your site has been added. Here is your URL to register votes: http://www... (etc.)

The problem is. If you use this code
http://www.whatever.com/rate.cgi?ID=<%ID%>
it uses the <%ID%> from the validation form, i.e. 1,2,3 instead of the actual link ID, i.e. 2689

Is there anyway of solving this?
