While messing around with links sql on different sites, I noticed I am having a problem...

I get this error:

Yet I know it is installed correctly and I do have my correct login information.

I have no problems logging into it from another location. I have it installed messing around on another server and I can connect to the non local database fine...

Hard to explain in words...

Can anyone help?
