User registration
Can the user registration facility be used to allow/disallow people from submitting links? for example people who persistantly submit multiple entries of the same URL etc.

Can it also be used to make sure people can only modify their own entries?

i'll do it after i get review.cgi out.. i still have to make review.cgi use the user database.. so that will be "fun"..

anyways.. i have no time today.. i have to do a science project.. i shouldn't be online.. OH WELL Smile
