I'm looking for template designers... Anybody dealt with one they liked before? Any recommendations?

I see some links in the resources, but I want personal recommendations :)

I would recommend designing a framework of your site via a regular text editor or if you don't know HTML, then use a WYSIWYG editor (preferably Dreamweaver). Or of course, you could possibly contact one of the Installers in the Resource Center and see if any of them have design experience and would be willing to design a template for your site.
