Hello,

I think there is a problem with the search on my Links SQL. I have tried searching for category names and just the letter a.

Nothing works. I have version 1.11

Any ideas?

I believe Links SQL only searches on entire words, so a single letter would result in no results (also, "a" is a stop word).

I was rather surprised at first by some of the categories that were turning up in searches, but then I realized the search term was contained in their descriptions...

I tried medicine and other category names and keywords that appear in the Links descriptions, but nothing.

It just come back saying: No matching Links.

You probably edited the .def file

You need to check your Links table and Category Tables in the Admin editor. Make sure your fields have a "WEIGHT" in them.

This has _got_ to be the #1 question!! I might hard-code it on the front page of the FAQ area
