Correct, mSQL won't be supported. It is only useful (in my opinion) for single table applications, anything beyond that and it starts missing too many important sql features.
Since mysql is free (and last I looked mSQL is $200), there isn't really any reason not to use mysql (besides of course your ISP doesn't support it).
