just a question:

The ratings page always displays a page with the REAL urls, and (like in the categories, search and so on) NOT with the ID's, so every visitor who uses the rating page for jumping to an external URL will NOT be count...is there a solution for that ?

Also Is it possible to place the description for links into the ratings page ?

Look in nph-build.cgi in sub build_rate_page. You can change the URL to go through jump.cgi there.
